divorce complaint

how do i file a motion to my divorce complaint??? i want full custody of my child. father is a recovering alcoholic/addict for 6 years. he has no interest in this child's well being. he has brought up his other two children not so great. I want to be the one who makes all the decision and don't want joint, i want to change it to full custody. how do i fle a motion to amend the complaint. which form do i use? i am doing things pro se right now but trying to get a good attorney to help me get full custody but no one has returned my calls. i am in middlesex county.-

You can file a request for leave to file an amended complaint. Depending on when you filed the complaint, the sooner the request is filed to the original date of the complaint, the better. If you need further help, you can email me at [email protected].
