Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

relocation out of ct

I am financially unable to stay in my home, My ex is fighting against us leaving but we have no where else to go but to my family in Florida. What is my best defense to the court so that my children and I will not be homeless, and /or forced to stay in CT? Thank you.

Relocation cases are very difficult cases for both parties. I would need a lot more facts regarding your situation to give you some kind of answer.

There are several criteria that you need to prove before a court will give you permission to move.

You really need to consult with an attorney concerning this question. I would not be doing you a favor by guessing.
