If you are not represented by counsel then you may have to ask the judge to order him /her to provide it to you.

He will be required to complete a Financial Affidavit for court, but there are no guarantees or assurances of accuracy. If you seriously dispute the information being provided and seek verification and supporting documentation, you may be able to get a judge to order that he produce the documents by a certain date and have the matter continued. Ultimately, you should consider hiring counsel if you believe that the modification will be financially significant and you will be receiving child support for a number of years.
