is an estranged wife considered a famiy member in a domestic violence case against another women. husband and girl friend have DV case. estranged wife and husband have a business contract with the girl friend. Girl friend not paying as agreed. Estranged wife trying to get payments due. no contact in bai order. if estranged wife contacts GF is it considerered tampering?
