Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Hello--there's a lot of variables that are unknown, but here are some possible dispositions. It does depend on what County this is in--some are more favorable.... Also, whether or not he has a prior crim record will influence the disp.

If he has no record, they may bump it down to a misdemeanor or even offer him a diversionary program (where you make an agreement with the State, complete some sanctions-they dismiss).

If the victim wants the case dismissed, she could contact the State and inform them. Hopefully, she wasn't hurt--that is a big factor here.
