Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My younger brother was diagnosed with terminal cancer and committed suicide. The police put our house under surveillance and decided to have me committed for depression over the loss of my younger brother. They set me up to commit a crime several times and finally tricked me into comitting a nonviolent crime so they could force me under a court order for involuntary outpatient commitment. I didn't realize what the police were trying to do at the time. I just knew that I was being harassed by the police. I've been forced into a state government mental health outpatient program under a court order. The Dept of Children and Families will not release my mental health or legal records, so my familiy has no idea that I was forced into this program as all treatment occurs out in the community (Assertive Community Treatment). These programs have destroyed my life as they are much too intrusive. They use money and any other type of leverage they can to make you comply with your mental health treatment plan. I need my legal records to prove to my family that I was committed to outpatient treatment so they can help me end this nightmare. Everyday I am stalked and harassed by the police as they are responsible for enforcing court orders containing treatment plans. Can you help?

All one has to do to gain access to medical records is have a HIPPA release, signed by the patient, and ordering the records be sent to someone. I suggest that you retain counsel to help you with your problem.
