Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

I don't believe my attorney defended me properly. He did not gather all the evidence involved in the case, was unable to defend against false reports/testimony at the hearing and at sentencing did not remind the judge that the case was under the jurisdiction of the statutes of the previous year.

Do I have any recourse?

If this just recently occurred you can file a motion with the court for post conviction relief based upon ineffective assistance of counsel. If you have any questions regarding this procedure please feel free to contact me.
