Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

Testimony

I am trying to find some info on expert testimony in a D.U.I. case. We are doing a mock trial for college and I was wondering if there's anywhere on the internet that I can get a basic outline of an expert report. I have found one in a book, but it doesn't explain it enough for me, Ex. General Methodology, could be lots of different things, If you could help I would appreciate it if not thank you for your time.

Re: Expert dui Testimony

It depends on what type of expert you need. I can think of a few scenarios where you might want to use one. 1. as it relates to the accuracy of the breath test, 2. an accident reconstruction expert (to show who was at falt, for instance in a dui/manslaughter) or 3. an expert to relate back the breath reading stating it was below the legal limit, .08 in Florida. Whatever expert you need, I can connect you to the right expert. By the way, I'm leaving for Orlando to the annual dui seminar tomorrow, Thursday. Contact me Thursday early afternoon as I will be in court all morning.
