Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

Why has noone told me if i have a DUI

Okay I was involved in an accident and nobody was injured. I was taken to the Halifax hostpital. Afterwards Iwas forced to walk around Daytona without shoes,socks,or a shirt for three-hours.Finally I wsa able to get back to my house. Through-out the event I never saw a cop and I served no jail time ,it's now two days after the incident and still I have no idea if I have a DUI. Can you help me at all?

You may have a summons issued after the fact. The state makes a determination based on there collection of evidence. Did they take urine or blood? If so, pending that result you will soon know if they are charging you.
