Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My Ex-wife and I live in seperate states. It is in our parenting plan from our final judgement of our divorce that the kids are to fly from one parent to the other.

I have been threatened every time it is my time for visitation that she will not send them. What do I do in the event she follows through with her threat? What should I do immediately following the discovery that the children did not board?

Assuming your parenting plan is from a Florida Court you should file a Contempt motion. If it is from another state, you will need to consult a lawyer there.
