Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

false information in a deposition

I said in a depo, that I was able to show proof of employment. I thouhgt at the time I was (on the books) as an employee but, turns out after a week of work they told me it is a tips only employment. So, I was mislead at the time...... Can you go to jail for misunderstanding the question. If it was a lie......can you go to jail for lieing in a deposition concerning Civil Case?
