Improperly writen speeding ticket

Citation was given for speeding (100mph in a 55mph) the speed was less than 100mph but mainly the speed zone was 65mph will the citation hold up in court.

You may want to ask for a hearing. The citation may hold up but it could go against the character of the officer who wrote the ticket.
