hit and run

I am being charge for a hit and run (316.027(1)(A and i was the passenger. They didn't go forward

with the case in Miami but when i go to the clerk of the courts it shows the felony and it saids close if i file for my recidency can they denie me.

Now slow down. How do you get charged with hit and run if you are not the driver? Second, ask the clerk of the court to provide a copy of your charge and the final disposition by the court. Depending on what the crime is for, and what you actually were punished under, it is difficult to tell whether you will have any problem.
