Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

can a prospective employer tell if you have filed a EEOC complaint and acquired a lawyer. Also can they tell if you own an LLC?

They are not going to be able to tell if you have filed an EEOC Charge unless they do a Freedom of Information Act request to the EEOC. I dont think most employers do this kind of search. As to whether you own an LLC, if its in Florida, they can search Sunbiz online and see if you own one, again I dont know that employers do that kind of background search.
