Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I have a restaurant which I have been renting from this individual for the past 13 years. My lease just finished but my landlord hasn't brought a new one to me to sign. I asked him for a new one for 3 years. He said he will think about it. I have been sending him the check like usual. There has been few problems in the plumbing, electrical which I have been asking him to fix for few years that he has been putting it off. Last week my floor drain colapsed on me. So I can't use my restrooms. Any advise?

Without a bathroom, how can the restaurant stay in business? I agree with the others, move on and do it before you lose your customers.
