Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My tenant leased property that was in excellent condition. He has ruined the carpet. Not only is it soiled throughout the house, but there are about (100) burn marks from his cigar or dope pipe. The tenant also painted the first two floors of the condo a blood red color.. The tenants, boy and girl friend have significant incomes. He had a bankruptcy in 2009, but both earn six figure incomes with elite companies. He got mad because I have anothe tenant and told him I would not accept a month to month after expiration because of the new tenant I have photos of the property before and after. What are your suggestions. Reside in Pinellas County, Florida
