Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Do I have a right to know what is in my father's will and/or to obtain an accounting of his assets at death? He has only a couple weeks to live and it is anticipated he will leave everything to his live-in girlfriend of 30 years. His net worth is probably somewhere between 2 and 20 million dollars. We live in Florida.

No you have no pre-death rights to know his assets or his testamentary distribution. If there was some undue influence you may be able to pursue a claim after his death. I would suggest you ask your father and see if he provides you the information that you seek.
