Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
You have a quit deed drawn up by an attorney that transfers your mothers house to you via a POA. After the fact you find out that the POA did not authorize you to self-serve. Where is the liability?

The liability ? I think the issue is how do you straighten out title. Seek legal help from another attorney.
