failing to report

My finance was arrested 3 months ago in Ga. They said it was a technical violation but he has not had ahearing, well he had a date but it was cancelled. He was on life with parole for a robbery in 1993. he served 10 yrs and reported for the feds. now he is in trouble with al. What do we need to do.

Bottom line answer is he needs an attorney --- preferably someone licensed in both GA and AL since he has matters pending in both. Were his robbery charges here in GA? He has a great deal at stake as parole can be revoked.
