possible custody violation

i have sole custody of my child. my ex and i are maybe trying a reconciliation and she is overnight at times. it has been 3 years since i got custody. will this in any way violate that? does it give her back her custodial rights? thank you.

I would have to review the custody decree in order to tell you whether it would be a violation, but ordinarily, you cannot re-obtain custody by spending the night at the custodial parent's house.
