How long to I have to wait before ?
Hi We made a deal with someone to buy my star wars collection back in Nov. 06 he was supposed to pay 3500.00 within two weeks , and pick the remainder of the collection up . He has picked up 1/4 of it but has left his motorbike and title with us . He has sold some of the collection. How long do I have to wait before this is all Void ? Do I get the bike since he has not contacted us ? What do I do with the rest of the collection? We have a written contact but no time limit in it.

How much is the bike worth? More than $ 2000?
I would have your attorney send a certified letter to last address and inform him of your intent to set-off bike value for cards and give a deadline. There may also be statutory provisions which must be followed.
