Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
small claims
I am filing a small claims in illinois. Do I alwo need to serve the registerd agent as well as the coporation. the address for the registered agent is different than the corporation's address? Can I just send a copy of the complaint to the registered agent?

You will need to have the corporation served at its registered agent. You can find registered agents on the Illinois Secretary of State website under Corporations.
