children
if a person has a form that was shown to the mother of the children stating that she could not leave the state with the children but this paper was not served by the officer of the courts can the mother still leave the state before she is served. i think the woman is just trying to scare the young mother into staying. please let me know the answer as soon as possible.

think you need to explain this a little better.
Is there a court order that prevents the woman from leaving the state with the children? If so, she would have to follow the order of the court or be subject to contempt of court.
Who is the other woman? Is she related to the father of the Children? Has there been a finding of paternity.
