parking on neigbors property

I want to be able to park my boat on my neighbors land in his back yard and he has agreed, so I need to know what kind of agreement I need to draw up that will last even if he moves away so it stays with the property and not him?

A contract granting an easement stating the terms you have agreed on. It would have to be recorded with your deed and your neighbor's.
