executor
our aunts will is being contested in probate. we not had a hearing yet because we are still in the dicovery stage. Yet the person who was named executor is still acting, she has been giving out money. Can she do this?What can be done?

Hello. She should not be giving out money. You
may need your own individual attorney to protect
your rights here. At this stage no money should
be dispersed. Will be happy to discuss this with
you further.
