My husband is not there with me from past 3 years i need him how can i appeal in the court for the same. I have a girl baby of 2.6 years and i am working as admission officer in a school. pls suggest me

as suggested above, you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights but it does not guarantee that he would come back as no one can be forced to live with anyone against his or her will and wish. you can seek maintenance/alimony/residence order for yourself and your child.
