Legal Question in Family Law in India

My son and his wife are not supporting us, it was an arrange marriage of my son, his wife used to create problem for us and in past we have got them seperated. They were living seperately but my son got sick badly, so with the intervention of my mother i had allowed them to come back home and stay with us. Now his wife has again started troubling is and my son is supporting her. Recently she has called police complaining that we harrass her, we have resolved the matter with police. Still my sons wife threat us that she will lodge a police complaint for dowry case or domestic violence. We have asked my son and his wife to leave but they are not going and want us to leave. My property is a self acquired property and is on my wife's name. I wanted to disown my son and dont want to live with him and his wife. He is not agreeing to leave , please tell us what to do in this case??
