Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana

We have a trailer in a trailer park that we have recently had to evict the people that were in it. They were allowed to run up a large lot rent bill over 13 months. How much of this should I really pay, they are also wanting late fees as well.

Based solely on the information provided by you and

assuming that the lease is between you and the owner of the park, and the owner did not sign a release of liability for your benefit, you are responsible for past due rent and late fees.
