Is a DUI conviction a misdemeanor?
I received a DUI conviction (first offense and no other record of any kind) in northern Kentucky in the summer of 2000. I paid a fine, went to driving school, and had my license suspended for 6 months. I am applying for a job and on the application it asks: ''Have you ever pleaded guilty of or been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony?'' Is the DUI conviction a misdemeanor?
