it is court ordered to take my son to a prison to see his father do i have to?

You must obey the court's orders, or face being punished for contempt of court. If you feel the visitation would be somehow harmful to your child, you may request a reconsideration by the judge. If you are still unhappy with the judge's ruling, you may appeal your case to the Kentucky Court of Appeals. Your chances of prevailing in a dispute such as this would be greatly enhanced if you were able to obtain professional testimony from your child's therapist that your child would be in danger of psychological damage if forced to visit his father in prison.
