Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

what is the difference in 'guardian', 'limited guardian' and 'conservator' in regard to assigning guardian ship for my minor child (health and welfare, education, housing etc.) in my absense? These are the 3 choices I have for guardianship assignment on the form:

APPLICATION FOR APPOINTMENT AS

GUARDIAN/CONSERVATOR FOR MINOR in state of KY.

guardianship typically refers to decision making regarding personal affairs and conservatorship is about handling money. If the minor child does not have money of their own, then you are looking for a limited guardian. If the child has money of their own that they cannot manage on their own AND you need someone to handle all the other things you list, then you either want one guardian or one limited guardian and one limited conservator. Most likely, you just want a limited guardianship.
