Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I had a ongoing legal issue with my ex-husband over our PSA. He was to refinance 2 credit cards with in 6 months and I was to refi the mortgage within 12. He took me to court because I did not refi in 12 months. My attorney filed a motion to hold him in contemp because he did comly first which in turn ruined my credit and I could not refinance. We finally went ot court Nov 20th, 2009 and just received the jusge's order yesterday. the order is riddled with error and wrong information and not to mention completely unjust. The majority of my stipulations were not even addressed. My question is what do I do now? My attorney is extremely inexperienced 9she did not do me any favors in court) and I am broke...When my husband walked out on me, I had just losted my job and was unemployed for 18 mnths. Even with that I somehow paid my mortgage and 2nd mortgage on time. the house has now been sold.... What can I do about the errors and this judgement

You have to file a notice of appeal within 30 days to preserve your right to an appeal regardless of anything else you do. You can file a motion for the judge to reconsider his order within 10 days and spell out why you think the order was wrong. You can do either of these as a pro-se (unrepresented) party. You may also want to consult with an attorney in bankruptcy law regarding your financial situation.
