Need help for my unborn child

Im 19 with one kid and another on the way im unwed the guy my secound kid is by a diffrent man who is threated to take my child once its born for 6months and when i frist found out i was preagent he wanted me to abored it i told him no now he says where i dont have any money for a lawyer that hes got a lawyer and hes going to fight for 6months out of a year i just want to know what am i suppose to do and what are my rights as a mother?

I suspect that he does not want to pay support. Contact (1) your local county attorney or child support office. (2) contact a local attorney or legal aid or bar association. His threats are to intimidate you into letting him get by without any support obligations.
