I filed with the court in ky that I was relocating to Il.My husband recieved a terrific promotion. I have sole custody of my 11 year old daughter. This weekend comming up is my ex's weekend,eventhough my ex usually doesn't make her go because she never wants to...what if he does make her go this weeknd? Do I have to drive her all the way to ky (7) hours, or do we meet half way ...our new schedule for long distance visatation has not been set.

Unless you and your "ex" can agree, you are still bound by the original court order until a new order is set.
