Article 894
I was charged with a first offense DWI almost 3 years ago and was granted an article 894. I was told that this would keep my offense off my record, but recently I was applying for a truck driving job and was rejected because my offense showed up in their search. Is this supposed to happen and if not what can I do about it?

After you successfully completed your probationary period, you should have filed a Motion to Dismiss the prosecution and after a short hearing, the charges would have been dismissed. Until then, it remains on your record.
