Aleination of affection

Can I sue a female whom my ex-husband and I had guardianship over for aleination of affection? She was 15 when we took her in 5 months later she was pregnant . I took care of her, took her to all of her doctors appointments, I even named the baby, only to get a call 3 years later from her to tell me that she and my husband had been having an affair and that he was not only the father of her first baby, but they had another child that was conceived in our new home, he left me and sued me for divorce a month later after 15 years of marriage 4 years cheatng with a 15 year old whom is now 20.

The girl was a minor at the time and apparently her parents are not solvent enough to collect from. Additionally the child was in your care. You might be suing yourself.

You might want to report your ex-husband to the police as he appears to be guilty of "Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile", a felony.
