in the state of maryland, if you have a pbj for a year, one year unsupervised probation is your case automaticly exspunged or do you need to go to the court house to file an exspungement

You must still file for expungement, which you can generally do at the court clerk's office 3 years after the PBJ was granted. If the expungement is granted, the police and court records will then be destroyed or removed from public inspection. In the meantime, however, remember that a PBJ is not a conviction.
