Divorce

If I admit to adultery to the courts, what will happen to me, in the state of Charles CO, Maryland.

Will I have to pay a fine, or go to jail, or will my kids get taken away from me?

Adultery is grounds for divorce, but the judge is neither going to incarcerate you nor fine you for it. If you are military, it may be more of an issue. Call if you would like to discuss.
