fmla
can a state employer put you on fmla
even if you haven't requested it? all my
chiro appts have been paid by sick leave
w/ advanced appt notice. they say there
is a pattern since i take off about 2 days
a month for appts.

No, FMLA leave cannot be uniilaterally imposed upon the employee by the employer; such leave is to be initiated at the request of an eligible employee.
