No.

Even if a someone forms emotional attachments to a married individual and relies on their promises, adultery remains illegal in the state of Maryland and agreements to do some illegal act (such as continue a sexual relationship when one of the partners is married to someone else) are void as a matter of law. Regardless of whether a person is separated from their spouse or still living in the same home, until a divorce occurs they remain legally married.

It sounds as though you are grieving this turn of events and physically and emotionally have suffered from your relationship. About 3,000 years ago, a wise lawgiver once wrote proverbs observing among other things that dishonest people tend to lie and that adultery tends to harm those involved in it. While not legal advice, I encourage you to seek a good counselor or mature friend to help you at this time.
