Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Drug Related

Police had evidence of myself selling cocaine at two different times. They served a search warrant and searched the house. They found only a scale. No drugs of my possesion. I was not arrested and chargeshave not yet been filed. I have agreed to cooperate in the gathering of evidence on my supplier. What legal remifications am I looking at (prison time, probation, no charges filed, etc)? What is my best course of action? I obviously have more information but I am not sure what would be relevent for this. Thank You.

You appear to have decided to act, and now without any relevant information you are asking about the impact.

This does not make sense.

What you are looking at depends on if and what type of charges are filed against you, your criminal history, and other less tangible bits of information.

It may do you well to consult an attorney, you can even contact me, and advise me in detail about what is going on.
