birth injury

My daughter is developmentally delayed, possibly from my doctor not performing a c-section when I had a torn placena during birth. Can I do anything legally?

Yes, perhaps, but you must act quickly. The statute of limitations may apply and preclude a claim if you delay.

When was your daughter born?

Where was she born, and where do you live? I need to know the city and county.
