Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan
poor security
I was beat up in a mall parking lot
when i left work one night.
(Hospitalized) pre meditated assult.
The Police never caught the people who
assulted me. Do i have the right to sue
the Mall security, who did not protect
me.

You have the right to sue if you so desire. You will be required to prove that the Mall Security was negligent; that is that they had a duty to protect you, they breached that duty and the breach caused your damages.
