Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan

Traffic Ticket

My Son Got Stopped Friday night 4-20-02.my son-In-law was Driving beside him on a two lane the police pulled my son in law over.then shased my son down made him come back then gave them both tickets. they ask what speed did they get on them.police said i didnt make no differant gave both of them a ticket for drag racing no speed on the ticket.and both doing the speed limit.this i feel is bull.
