Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

my husband had his first interview in january 2011. they granted him a pardon and told him to return for a waiver interview. appond returning for his interview he paid the fee for the visa and gave them his passport, the g325 form and i 061 form along with his pardon letter. they asked him to sit and wait after waiting for some time they called him back up and told him they were sorry they made a mistake, and can not give him any visas for 10 yrs. i was wondering what happened for them to okay his case grant him a pardon then go back and denie him for 10 yrs?

You need to take a copy of everything that was presented to the consulate, and everything requested by the consulate, the an immigration attorney. Try AILA - American Immigration Lawyers Association. They list out attorneys that specialize in waivers.
