Grandparents rights

Does my mom have grandparents rights? she is threatening to take me to court because i do not do what she says to do. i am 27 years old and have 3 children. my mom and i do not get along but i have never denied her seeing my children. she refuses to call my home to ask.......

Re: Grandparents rights

If Grandparents have maintained a relationship with the children, the law will allow them "visitation" which does not include "micromanaging" your choices on which diapers to buy or what food to feed them. If she calls to "nag" you versus setting up a time to see the children, I'd invest in caller id and start screening.
