case dismissed without prejudice

my 'legal advisor' had me file a motion to dismiss w/o prejudice.

because 90 days had passed court dismissed with prejudice. that decision was made april 5 2007, anything i can do. pro se

If you are the defendant, you don't want to change anything. If you are the plaintiff, you need to motion the court to correct the order. I'm sure this is more complicated than your question demonstrates. So you really should have an attorney go over it.
