Judge rulings being unruly
The last time we went to the family court, we were not allowed to defend ourselves...the Judge wouldn't even let us speak. She threatened us to contempt, even though we asked ever so politely. The judge tells me that i have these goals to complete in order to get my children back, but the requirements are so vauge. For example, --name removed--is to be more positive in her parenting''. There are no viable reasons why I cant have my children back. The court also ''wouldn't listen to my claim'' if my son, age 17, didn't return to school or home. But, he was excused and was sick, even though Judge Gardner wouldn't listen. Please help. They wont let me do anything to get my kids back. Even D.A. Blodget worker, Claudia, is two-faced. And dont even get me started on my Ex-husband.

Your story is VERY typical and we fight these cases all the time. We fight in Kent County frequently.
