Your son is looking at heavy fines, a possible jail sentence, mandatory community service, a mandatory payment of $150.00 to the store he shoplifted from, and being permanently banned from that store and any other stores in that chain. However, if he has medical proof that he was disabled due to mental illness and did not know what he was doing, I may be able to get the charge against him dismissed.
