Is it a conflict of interest when a superior court judge has three family members on different cases?

You need to be more specific, but a Judge is not suppose to hear a matter involving his own family members or relatives. Are you sure that is the case because it can become a serious issue? If you know for a fact that a Judges' own family member has some connection to the case, then you would want to ask the Judge to recuse himself or herself. This should be brought to the attention of your llawyer, it would be helpful if you could be more specific.
